APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

Jessie Blanchard has applied to Northumberland Council for a Premises Licence for Halcyon House Cafe, 6 Market Place, Northumberland, NE45 5AW to supply alcohol between the following hours: MON-WED 0900-1800 THURS-SAT 0900-1900 SUN 12-1600.

Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday - 10:00am 12:00pm & 14:00pm 16:00pm except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Closing date for representations is 30th November 2022.
