NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Minories O Limited has applied in respect of The Manor Elstree, Barnet Lane, Elstree WD6 3RE for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and provision of regulated entertainment: 1000 to 0100 Monday to Sunday and for the provision of late night refreshment: 2300 to 0100 Monday to Sunday

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 21st November 2022 to The Licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1WA or by Email: licensing services@hertsmere.gov.uk where records of the application may be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the Licensing Officer at the address above.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. To do so could result in a prosecution and a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the standard scale.
