Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Caribbean Eatery (UK) Limited has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of an existing Premises Licence at: Caribbean Eatery, Unit 61A, Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane, London E17 5QJ.

The nature of the application is as follows:
To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol, live music and recorded music on a Friday and Saturday until 02.30hrs and on a Sunday until 00.30hrs.
To extend the terminal hour for late night refreshment until 03.00hrs on a Friday and Saturday and to add late night refreshment on a Sunday from 23.00hrs to 01.00hrs.
To extend the closing time on a Friday and Saturday to 03.00hrs, and on a Sunday to 01.00hrs.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by Licensing, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am -5pm (except Bank Holidays).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
