LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. In order to prevent obstructive parking, improve traffic flow, sightlines and road safety, the general effect of the Free Parking Places Order would be to introduce a length of 'At any time' waiting restrictions outside No.1085 High Road to No.1111 High Road N20.

A copy of the proposed Order, associated plans of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing traffic. consultations@barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection/ comments, and quoting reference number SCR417, to the Design Team, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW, via the Barnet TraffWeb website or via email to traffic.consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
