NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The Planning Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990
The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Development Management Procedure Wales Order 2012.
We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
CAC - Application No. 46/2022/0881 - Swn Y Gwynt, Upper Denbigh Road, St Asaph -Conservation Area Consent for the demolition of existing detached garage, single storey extensions to dwelling and external structure.
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 2 November 2022 until 23 November 2022 or on our website: www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
