Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Northumberland County Council West Northumberland Area (Parking Places) Composite Order 2011 Amendment No 30 Order 2022

(Parking Places - Ref TRO 008-30):- Notice is Hereby Given that Northumberland County Council propose to make the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46 and Part IV ot Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce Limited Waiting Parking Places and Electric Vehicle Parking Places in Bellingham in the County of Northumberland.

The following restrictions are added to the Principal Order, West Northumberland Area (Parking Places) Composite Order 2011:-

Addition - Limited Waiting Parking Places - Prescribed - Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm, 1 Hour Maximum Stay, No Return Within 2 Hours
