Notice is hereby given that National Trust (Enterprises) Limited intends to apply for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Crook Hall Gardens Frankland Lane Sidegate, Durham DH1 5SZ. It is proposed as follows:-to permit the sale of alcohol, films and other regulated entertainment between 10am and 10 pm daily. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Durham County Council Licensing Authority, Environment, Health & Consumer Protection Durham County Council, PO Box 617 Durham DH1 9HZ

between normal office hours.This application was lodged with Durham County Council Licensing Authority on 26/10/22 and any representations must be made in writing to Durham County Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 23/11/22.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
