Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 40/22/00007:
Knightsmead, Hockpitt Lane, Over Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1EX. Erection of first floor extension above garage to the South elevation & single storey extension to the front West elevation on site of existing (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 06/22/00010:
Northam Farm Camping & Caravan Park, South Road, Brean, Burnham On Sea TA8 2SE. Erection of 60no. lodges with associated parking, road network & landscaping. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 11/22/00044: Land North Of, Pembroke Close, Burnham On Sea TA8. Change of use of land to allow for erection of detached triple garage & formation of additional turning & parking area. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 37/22/00097: Somerset View Caravan Park, Taunton Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA6 6NW. Change of use of caravan park to permenant park homes. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 08/22/00167: Land East of, Bristol Road, Bridgwater TA6. Development of Bio-CNG vehicle fuelling facility, comprising of fuel dispenser islands, plant compounds, landscaping, alterations to access & associated development. This proposal is a major development.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the above applications should do so in writing by 22/11/2022, quoting the application number. Please always include your postal address in order for your comments to be recorded.
