MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 247 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 ("Deddf 1990") i awdurdodi cau'r darn o briffordd a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Hysbysiad hwn. Nid awdurdodir cau'r briffordd ond er mwyn gwneud y datblygiad yn unol 9'r caniatad cynllunio amlinellol a roddwyd o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf 1990 gan Gyngor Sir Penfroar ar 4 Gorffennaf 2022 o dan y cyfeirnod 21/0975/PA a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i'r Hysbysiad hwn. Bydd Gorchymyn Cau Priffyrdd (Great Wedlock Farm, Gumfreston, Dinbych-y-pysgod, Sir Benfro) 202-("y Gorchymyn"), os caiff ei wneud, yn peidio 3 chael effaith os daw'r caniatSd cynllunio mewn cysylltiad 3'r datblygiad i ben neu os caiff ei ddirymu.
Yn ystod cyfnod o 28 diwrnod o 2 Tachwedd ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopTau o'r Gorchymyn drafft a'r plan a adneuwyd yn rhad ac am ddim yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn Great Wedlock Farm, Gumfreston, Dinbych-y-pysgod, Sir Benfro SA70 8RB neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o'r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod qA1564266.
Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau yn ysgrifenedig, gan nodi ar ba sail y'u gwneir, i: Y Gangen Orchmynion, Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru, Pare Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ neu drwy e-bost i Trafnidiaeth.YGangenOrchmynion@llyw.cymru erbyn 30 Tachwedd 2022.

Gorchymyn yn dod yn destun Ymchwiliad Cyhoeddus ("YC"), caiff pob gohebiaeth ei chop'fo i
Arolygydd yr YC ac fe'i cedwir yn y Llyfrgell YC lie y bydd ar gael i'r cyhoedd.
Os nad ydych yn dymuno i ddata personol gael ei anfon ymlaen at drydydd parti, dylech nodi pam pan
fyddwch yn cyflwyno eich gohebiaeth a bydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn copi'o'r sylwadau i'r trydydd parti
priodol gyda'r enw a'r cyfeiriad wedi eu dileu. Os bydd YC yn cael ei gynnal, bydd yr Arolygydd yn
gweld y sylwadau ond efallai y bydd yn rhoi llai o sylw iddynt o ganlyniad i hyn.

Town And Country Planning Act 1990
The Stopping Up Of Highways (Great Wedlock Farm,
Gumfreston, Tenby, Pembrokeshire) Order 202-
THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ("the 1990 Act") to authorise the stopping up of the length of highway described in Schedule 1 to this Notice. The stopping up will be authorised only to enable the development to be carried out in accordance with outline planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Pembrokeshire County Council on 4 July 2022 with reference 21/0975/PA described in Schedule 2 to this Notice. The Stopping Up of Highways (Great Wedlock Farm, Gumfreston, Tenby, Pembrokeshire) Order 202-("the Order"), if made, will cease to have effect if planning permission in respect of the development expires or is revoked.
During a period of 28 days from 2 November 2022 copies of the draft Order and the deposited Plan may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours at Great Wedlock Farm, Gumfreston, Tenby, Pembrokeshire SA70 8RB or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference qA1564266.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or by email to TransportOrdersBranchQgov.wales by 30 November 2022.
Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with persons and organisations outside the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process, the information you have provided and your personal data will be passed to the applicant/ developer and, if necessary, to the local highway authority to enable them to respond to you. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. Where objections cannot be resolved and the Order becomes subject to a Public Inquiry ("PI"), all correspondence is copied to the Inspector of the PI and is available in the PI library when it becomes publicly available.
If you do not wish personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when
submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the
appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a PI, the
representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

An irregular shaped length of highway with a maximum length of 77.5 metres and a maximum width of 10 metres, located southeast of Great Wedlock Farm, and west of the B4318, Gumfreston, Tenby shown by zebra hatching on the deposited plan.
Schedule 2 The Development
Change of use of former agricultural barns to a deer attraction park, educational and events use, with car park to main farmyard. Installation of Solar PV to Barn and electric vehicle charging points. Retention of secure deer viewing area attached to barn. Change of Use of former garage to large animal and marine veterinary practice. Change of Use of agricultural Barn to Veterinary building (with ancillary use by deer farm when required). Change of Use of former agricultural Barn to plant room. Creation of new access to B4318. Landscaping and infrastructure works to main site and creation of new mitigating planting areas. - Great Wedlock, Gumfreston, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, SA70 8RB. An irregular shaped length of existing highway being footway with a maximum length of 37 metres and a maximum width of 2.1 metres located south of Glaslyn, Plas Madoc, Acrefair, Wrexham and shown by cross hatching on the deposited plan.
