Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Erection of residential development with access, open space and associated works at Inverlair Avenue, Cathcart, Glasgow. Drop in events will take place on Thursday 10th November between 6pm and 8pm and on Saturday 12th November between 10am and 2pm at the Celeros Campus, 149 Newlands Road, Glasgow, G44 4EX. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals. This notice does not relate to a planning application.

Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
