LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Aiden and Lisa Chapman have applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as: The Phoenix Bakery, 6/7 Coburg Place, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8HP. The proposed licensable activities are: Serving alcohol with food in the cafe area. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 02/08/2013.

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
