LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LOCAL PLANNING) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF CONSULTATION ON DRAFT BROMLEY TOWN CENTRE SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT (SPD) Bromley Council Is currently consulting on the draft Bromley Town Centre SPD. The SPD provides detailed guidance to assist with the implementation of adopted Development Plan policies - as set out in the Bromley Local Plan and the London Plan - that relate to Bromley Town Centre.
A consultation exercise to inform the SPD was conducted between 15 July and 5 October 2020, seeking views on the future of Bromley Town Centre and what the proposed SPD should focus on. Responses to this consultation have informed the draft SPD. The draft Bromley Town Centre SPD and supporting documents can be viewed:
