THE HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (ARTHUR STREET AND WILLIAM STREET, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PROVISION OF RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into effect on 14th November 2022. The general effect of the Order would be to increase the parking provisions in the road and to improve general road safety as defined in the Traffic Regulation Order and incorporated maps.
SCHEDULE 1 -The On Street Plans (Zone W) - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan -Parts of Arthur Street and William Street, Bushey
SCHEDULE 2 - Eligible addresses for Residents and Visitors Parking Permits -
Arthur Street, Bushey (Zone W) Odds 1 to 31, Evens 2 to 28
William Street, Bushey (Zone W) Odds 1 to 27, Evens 2 to 18
SCHEDULE 3 - Fees for Residents Permits. Duplicate Residents Permits. Visitors Parking Vouchers. Visitors Annual Permits and Exemption Permits - Resident Permits - Maximum 4 per property - 1st permit = £30, 2nd permit = £60, 3rd permit = £120, 4th permit = £160. Visitors Parking Permits - £10 per book of 20 visitors permits. Visitors Annual Permits - £60 per year Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provision on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may within six weeks from the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
