THE HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (MEADOW ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) (PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order will come into effect on 14th November 2022. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions on parts of those roads listed within the schedules to this No­tice, to improve road safety, reduce instances of in­appropriate or inconsiderate parking and to increase the parking provisions in the road as denned in the Traffic Regulation Order and incorporated maps.

SCHEDULES

No waiting at any time - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Meadow Road, Borehamwood.

No Waiting Mon - Sat 8am - 6.30pm - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Meadow Road, Borehamwood.

Unrestricted/Authorised Parking Bays - effecting those section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Meadow Road, Borehamwood.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provision on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instru­ment made under it have not been complied with may within six weeks from the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
