Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath MV-748, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 14 February 2019
the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath MV-748, Malvern for its entire length, which was due to expire on 25 October 2022 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for
the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 25 April 2023
whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Order has been made due to construction work for a new housing development.
Alternative route: Footpaths MV-603, MV-602, MV-609 and C2237 Lower Howsell Road and vice versa.

(U61403 Hollybush, Berrow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U61403 Hollybush from its junction with A438 Hollybush to its junction with U61404 Whiteleaved Oak.
Reason: Underground telecom work by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A438 Hollybush, B4208 Berrow, C2212 Camers Green, U61403 Chase End Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 31 October 2022.

(B4211 The Rhydd, Hanley Castle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4211 The
Rhydd from its junction with B4211 Rhydd Road to its
junction with U61605 Hangmans Lane.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Rhydd Road, B4211
Guarlford Road, U63123 Bye Road, B4208 Poolbrook Road, B4208 Blackmore Park Road, B4209 Hanley Road, B4209 Hanley Swan to Roberts End, B4209 Roberts End to B4209 Hanley Castle, B4209 Hanley Castle and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 21 November 2022.

(U61206 Greenfields Road, Upton Upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U61206 Greenfields Road from its junction with U61205 Tiltridge Lane to its junction with U61207 Packers Hill.
Reason: New gas connection by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61206 Hyde Lane, U61205 Tiltridge Lane, C2099 Upper Hook Road, C2099 Mill Lane, C2099 New Street, A4104 Old Street, A4104 Tunnel Hill, A4104 Welland Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 23 November 2022
