Notice is hereby given that Matthew Doy has applied in respect of, 57A North Station Road, Colchester Essex CO1 1RQ for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:-
Change from Restaurant to Supermarket,
Off license sale of alcohol 8am to 12pm Mon - Sun.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 10/11/2022 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.
