Updated River Basin Management Plan

THE ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Notice of Submission to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs of an updated river basin management plan for the South East River Basin District, under Regulation 30(1)(a) and (b) of the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 The Environment Agency submitted the updated South East River Basin Management Plan (2021-2027) on 21 October 2022 to the Minister for approval. The river basin management plans are plans for protecting and improving the water environment. These plans have been revised following a consultation which ran from 22 October 2021 to 22 April 2022.
