Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
22/1665/LBC/AKA: The Old Jail House, Salisbury Hall Drive, London Colney, St Albans, AL2 1BU. Replacement of existing softwood framed glazed doors facing rear garden with new aluminum framed glazed doors to match (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Listed Building and Green Belt.
22/1673/HSE/AG & 22/1674/LBC/AG: 2 Manor Cottages, Rectory Lane, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9AN. Repairs to roof and high-level wall repairs, new access hatches to valley gutters and bat mitigation measures. Reason: Green Belt and Listed Building within Conservation Area & Application for Listed Building consent.
22/1697/HSE/AG: 2 Lands End, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3DL. Front boundary alterations to include installation of new brick wall, metal railings and gates with vehicle and pedestrian access. (Revision of application 22/0382/HSE). Reason: Green Belt.
22/1704/HSE/AG: 27 Elstree Hill North, Elstree, Borehamwood. Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement single storey rear extension with roof lights. Roof extension to create additional living accommodation at first floor level, with insertion of 1 roof light. Alterations to fenestration. Reason: Green Belt and Conservation area.
22/1756/HSE/LG: 80 London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9DX. Single storey rear extension following demolition of conservatory. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
