NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southend-on-Sea City Council, pursuant to Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous) Provisions Act 1976, is to remove certain hackney carriage stands on the highway in the City, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Stands to be Removed:
1. Weston Road Southend-on-Sea extending from the Lloyds Bank to 2 Weston Road. The intention is to replace this stand with two disabled parking bays.
Any person wishing to object to the appointment or removal of the stands as set out in the Schedule above, or to make any representations in relation thereto, may do so in writing to me at the address below, stating the objections or representations, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice via email to placeconsultations@southend.gov.uk
