(ON STREET DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACE) ORDER
2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above named Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to introduce an on street disabled persons parking place as follows:-Haymarket St, Bury, Westerly side from a point 2m south west of the southerly kerbline of Broad St for a distance of 28m in a south-westerly direction A copy of the draft Order (including the exemption contained within it) a plan showing roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at the Town Hall, Knowsley St Bury during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to Highway Network Management, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury or by email to
