Minor Parking Amendments Various Roads In The Borough
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 26 October
2022 made the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

* The Wandsworth (Clapham South & Balham) (Parking Places) (No. 4) Order 2022
* The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No. 6) Order 20"
* The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No. 3) Order 2022
* The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No. 5) Order 2022
* The Wandsworth (Furzedown) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2022
* The Wandsworth (Southfields) (Parking Places) (Wo. 5 ; Order 2022
* The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 628) Order 2022.
2. The general effect of the Orders is to:
(a) in Gorse Rise, remove a length of footway parking bay and replace with single yellow line from the boundary of 18/20 Gorse Rise runs south-westwards direction for a distance of 4.5 metres;
(b) in Lytton Grove remove 10.3 metres of parking bay outside Nos. 20/22 Lytton Grove and replace with a length of single yellow line;
(c) in Fawe Park Road, outside No. 27 Fawe Park Road to remove 3.6 metres of parking bay and replace with single yellow line.
(d) in Old Devonshire Road, reinstate 4.5 metres of parking bay to the northwest of No. 33 Old Devonshire Road, and remove 3.9 metres of parking bay outside No. 33 Old Devonshire Road and replace with single yellow line;
(e) in Longstaff Road , remove 3.2 metres of parking bay to the south of the southern boundary of No. 50 Longstaff Road and replace with a single yellow line;
(f) in Effort Street remove 5.9 metres of parking bay outside No. 4 Effort Street and replace with single yellow line;
(g) in Honeywell Road, remove 4.5 metres of parking bay at the rear of No. at the rear of No. 44 Bolingbroke Grove and replace with single yellow line;
(h) in Fountain Road, remove 4.6 of parking bay outside No. 46 Fountain Road and replace with single yellow line;
(i) in West Hill Road, remove 4.9 metres of parking bay outside No. 119 West Hill Road and replace with single yellow line;
(j) in Fishponds Road, remove 5.85 metres of parking bay outside No.
129 Fishponds Road and replace with single yellow line; (k) in Gatwick Road, remove 5.25 metres of parking bay outside No. 2a Gatwick Road and replace with single yellow line; (I) in Sefton Street, extend the parking bay outside Nos. 61-64 Sefton Street by 4.15 metres and remove the single yellow line; (m) in Bedford Hill, remove 12.7 metres of parking bay outside Nos. 151 and 153 Bedford Hill and replace with single yellow line.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders which come into operation on 31 October 2022 are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
