NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4220 From Hatfridge Farm To Hook Lane, Acton Beauchamp, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit trie use by vehicles on the B4220 From Halfridge Farm To Hook Lane, Acton Beauchamp, B4220 Acton Green. Grid Ret 369963/249739. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via A4103 onto the B4214 onto the A465 onto the A44 onto the B4220 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to underground works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 8th of November 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
