NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that NEXT RETAIL LIMITED on 24th October 2022 applied to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for the variation of the premises licence for NEXT Retail Limited, 114/115 Regents Crescent,Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8AJ. The application is to update the plans currently attached to the Premises Licence to show a change of layout and of the licensable area following a refurbishment Any person wishing to mate representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH no later than 21st November 2022. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address:

provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
