NOTICE is hereby given that I, Susan Mulhearn applied on 17th October 2022 for a New Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: The Trafford Centre, ORIENT Car Park 10/11, Outside the Great Hall, M17 8AA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: the sale of alcohol between the hours of 12pm Monday - Saturday and bank holidays, and 12pm - 10pm Sunday Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
