The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Railway Road A/22/94091/CU 77 Railway Road Leigh WN7 4AD. Change of use from retail (Class E) to hot food takeaway (Sui Generis) including new shopfront and internally mounted roller shutter, together with the siting of extractor flue to rear A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Hindley Town Centre A/22/94266/CU Presbyterian Church Presbyterian Fold Hindley. Change of use of a chapel to 8 self-contained apartments and creation of parking area following partial removal of boundary wall together with associated external works including replacement of all windows
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Bridgewater Canal A/22/94322/ADV 190 Chapel Street Leigh WN7 2DW. Installation of fascia signage boards with backlit individual letters on Chapel Street and Tweed Street elevations
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre A/22/94457/LA Town Hall Car Park Bengal Street Leigh. Installation of 2 new rapid EV chargers for Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle use only and associated ancillary equipment
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
