Relevant employers The BOC Group Limited BOC Limited BOC Healthcare Limited BOC Helex Linde Cryoplants Limited Linde Public Limited Company BOC International PLC Legal & General Resources Limited Gist Limited Notice Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Plan hereby gives notice that the Plan is being wound up following the transfer of all of its assets to the Legal & General Mastertrust.

If you are seeking to claim an entitlement under the Plan, you should provide details of your full name (or the name of the member, if different), address, date of birth, national insurance number, a note of any benefits to which you claim you are entitled and any relevant documents which support your claim. You should make any claims in writing to the postal address or email address above no later than two months from the date of this notice, [that date being 28th December 2022].

After that date, the Plan will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement whose claim was not notified to them before that date. For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made if you have received notice of the transfer referred to above.
