Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended and The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulations 7 (2)(b)).

Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.

Proposal: Proposed residential-led development, associated uses such as open space/community infrastructure and play area, access, landscaping and associated works. Location: Land at Kittochside Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G44 5EH A public consultation is taking place online at https://mhland.uk/Carmunnock till 11:59pm on 17th November 2022.

An in-person event will take place at Castlemilk Hall, 106 Waterside Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow G76 9DT on Thursday 3rd November 2022, 3-7pm. Further information relating to these proposals may be obtained at the website, in-person event or can be requested in writing from Lichfields, 115 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4JN.

Comments on the proposal can be submitted via the website's survey or by email to Carmunnock@Miller.co.uk until 11:59pm on 17th November 2022. Comments are not representations to the Local Planning Authority, there will be a separate opportunity to make formal representations once a planning application has been submitted.
