NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 JH Restaurants Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 20th October 2022 for a licence to use the premises at McDonald's Restaurant, Bradford Road, Idle, Bradford BD10 8EG for provision of late night refreshment 11pm to midnight seven days per week. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by (date - must be 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council). Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 21st October 2022
