The County Council of Durham (Bridleway 37 and 38, Crook Parish, Roddymoor) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2022
The Council on 21/10/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on a 760 metre length of Bridleway 37 and 38, Roddymoor from junction with Roddymoor Road at the northern side of closure in a southerly direction to junction with Tennyson Terrace, opposite the Farrers Arms Public House to enable sewer lining works to be undertaken. No alternative route will be available throughout the period of the closure. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 31/10/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
