Demolition of existing retail units (use Class E) and erection of proposed mixed-use development comprising biopharma manufacturing laboratories and workspace facilities (use class E(g)) together with flexible active ground floor uses including cafes, retail, collaboration spaces (use class E), Cinema (Sui Generis) and drinking establishments (Sui Generis), new multi-storey public car park, service road, public realm improvement works and ancillary works.

Demolition of an existing single storey building and ancillary buildings to allow for the erection of a new three-storey light industrial building with offices, and associated landscaping

Anyone who wishes to make representations about any of these applications should write to the Council at Council Offices Daneshill House Danestrete Stevenage by 16 November 2022 under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the applications are determined and therefore they cannot be treated confidentially.

For applications relating to householder developments, in the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
