(A1025, Gilden Way and Mulberry Green, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that further to a Notice under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: To prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on the A1025, Gilden Way and Mulberry Green in the District of Harlow as follows: Road Description

A1025 Gilden No person shall cause any vehicle travelling in a Way, Harlow south westerly direction to make a right hand turn
from the A1025, Gilden Way into Mulberry Green. Mulberry No person shall cause any vehicle travelling in an Green, Harlow easterly then south easterly direction to make a
right hand turn from Mulberry Green into the A1025
Gilden Way.
There will be an exemption for authorised (Fire and Rescue, Police or Ambulance) vehicles.
The Order will come into effect on 04 November 2022 and may continue in force for eighteen months. This Order will be followed by a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order

(Debden Road & Debden Green, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Debden Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Debden Lane for a distance of approximately 210m in a northerly then northwesterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Debden Green, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Debden Lane to its junction with Debden Road a distance of approximately 110m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 21st November 2022 for 12 days (one closure at a time), or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-LOUGH-8054-FAL1 & 2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and track laying works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Debden Lane, Debden Green, Debden Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Homecraft Gardens, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Homecroft Gardens, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Borders Lane to its junction with Colson Road a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st November 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001182040 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main reinforcement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Colson Road, Borders Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Norwood End, Fyfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norwood End, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/717213/01 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 325m northwest of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30026254054 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Dunmow Road, Berwick Lane, Green Hill Road (with access only into School Lane) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Epping Lane, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Lane, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hobbs Cross Road for a distance of approximately 645m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/RFC-22575/01 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Epping Lane, London Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Ongar Road, Abridge Road and vice versa.

(Forest Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 120m southeast of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th November 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000812114880100 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Side, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Honey Lane for a distance approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2022 for 1 night (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012335774 - Essex County Council). (High Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 20m southwest of its junction with Gladstone Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southeasterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th November 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKONSAWD3MG41P-1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telephone pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via High Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 27th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rangers Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rangers Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road for a distance of approximately 700m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2022 for 1 night (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012335785 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cattle grid cleansing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Rangers Road, Station Road, Kings Road, Whitehall Road, High Road, Epping New Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 13th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2022 for 2 nights (20:00-08:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000012239 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while street light replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Brookfield for a distance of approximately 115m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410151689RC - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while leakage repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water. No alternative route is available.
The Order came into effect on 20th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wake Road & Cross Roads, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Wake Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Woodridden Hill for a distance of approximately 50m in a southwesterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Cross Roads, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from both of its junctions with Robin Hood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 205m in a northwesterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 11th November 2022 for 1 night (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012335793 & EP2012335792 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while cattle grid cleansing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Alternative routes are available via:
1. Woodridden Hill, Woodgreen Road, Forest Side, Claypit Hill, Wake Road and vice versa.

2. Cross Roads, Paul Nursery Road, Wake Road, Woodridden Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Epping New Road, Robin Hood Roundabout and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 20th October 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
