City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (Waiting Loading And Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.16) Order 2022 104741 Bradford South Area 20/21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 20th October 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following: -
I. NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a lengths of Clayton Road & Lidget Terrace, Lidget Green. Necropolis Road & Wyvern Close, Lidget Green. A647 Great Horton Road & Entrance to Horton Bank Country Park, Horton Bank Top. Sandbeds, Ullswater Drive, Buttershaw. School Street, Dudley Hill. Knowles Street, off Tong Street. Beacon Road & Headland Grove, Wibsey. Torr Avenue & Methuen Oval, Wyke. A647 Sandbeds, Queensbury. Bierley Lane, Bierley. Dealburn Road/Olympic Park, Wyke. A6141 Huddersfield Road, Wyke. New Works Road, Wyke and Station Road, Wyke.
II. NO WAITING 12 Noon-2pm on Fridays on length of Enfield Drive, Enfield Walk, Wibsey.
III. Revocation of NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a length of New Hall Park Drive, Tong.
IV. Revocation of DISABLED PARKING BAYS outside 64 Ascot Drive and 35 Lower School Street, Royds.
V. Revocation of existing waiting restrictions and school keep clear markings on Beacon Road & Chartwell Drive.
VI. Replace existing single yellow lines and existing school keep clear restriction with SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR restrictions, 8.30am-9.15am and 2.45pm-3.45pm, from 01 Sept - 31 July, on a length of Beacon Road & Chartwell Drive.
The Order comes into force on 31 st October 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined on the council website at

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 20th October 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
