Cumbria County Council (Footpath Nos 114014 And 114015 Parish Of Dalston) Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022

The above named Order made on 18 October 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 will divert the whole width of that length of public footpath no 114014 in the parish of Dalston from GR 336655 548700 west-northwestwards and northwestwards for about 184 metres to
GR 336489 548770; to run from GR 336655 548700 west-
southwestwards and westwards for about 202 metres to GR 336464 548756. The width of the new path will be 2 metres; and the whole width of that length of public footpath no 114015 in the parish of Dalston from GR 336494 548773 north-northeastwards, northwards and eastwards for about 679 metres to GR 336908 549248; to run from GR 336494 548773 northeastwards for about 646 metres through fields to GR 336908 549248. The width of the new path will be 2 metres.

Any supporting statements or objections with respect to the Order can be sent in writing to the Countryside Access Team, (by post or email as addresses above) to be received not later than 25 November 2022 and should state the grounds on which they are made.

If no objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn the Cumbria County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State any objections which have not been withdrawn will be submitted with the Order.
