NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OR ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Proposed development at land adjacent to Heathfield Park, Bristol Road, Hewish, BS24 6SG. I give notice that J B Pearce Ltd has Appealed to the Planning Inspectorate following refusal of the planning application at the above site for a Park and Ride facility serving Bristol airport determined under reference 20/P/1438/FUL by North Somerset Council for Planning permission to Change of use of land from gypsy pony track/agricultural land to use for a Park and Ride car park for Bristol Airport with 3101 parking spaces plus arrival/departure area with construction of associated roads and surfaces and the erection of a reception centre and

That although the application was accompanied by an environmental statement, a new environmental statement has been submitted during the planning appeal process. Members of the public may inspect copies of
- the application

- the plans

- the environmental statement

- and other documents submitted with the application

on the North Somerset Council website using reference 20/P/1438/FUL or at the North Somerset Council offices at the Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-mare, BS23 1UJ during all reasonable hours until 27th November 2022.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from the appellant at a charge of £150.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this Environmental statement should write to the Planning Inspectorate at The Square, Temple Quay, Room 3 O/P, Temple Quay House, 2, Bristol BS1 6PN by 27th November 2022.
