Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2022/24456/LBC Proposal: Change of use of part of first floor from offices to residential/ holiday let for San Pedro Properties Ltd Location: High Corn Mill Chapel Hill Skipton BD23 1NL Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

2022/24468/HH Proposal: Proposed conversion of existing garage to form new sitting room, utility and store. Application No: 2022/24440/FUL Proposal: Change the use of part of the ground floor from a shop incorporated into a single dwelling for Mr Philip Carrol Location: 22A High Street Gargrave BD23 3RB Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2022/24395/OUT Proposal: Outline application with all matters reserved except access for farm worker's dwelling for Mr Jennings Location: Lower Lane Ends Farm Colne Road Cowling BD22 0JU Reasons: Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a public right of way.

2022/24445/FUL Proposal: To install new and replace existing lighting equipment with heritage style designs at various locations as part of Skipton's Heritage Action Zone improvement program for Craven District Council Location: 34 Swadford Street, Skipton. BD23 1RD, 15 - 17 Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1LH. 8 - 10 Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1LH Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
