Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Ladysmith Road, Queensbury Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works to be executed on or near Ladysmith Road, Queensbury has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Ladysmith Road from its junction with Roper Lane to a point outside No. 12 Ladysmith Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Ladysmith Road (unaffected section), Oxford Road, Halifax Road, Roper Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 31 st October 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 4th November 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
