Notice is hereby given that George Turnbull has applied in respect of of Old Yard Tapas Bar, 98 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JY for variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the licence to add the following licensable activities. Films (Indoors) 12:00 -01:00 every day, Live and Recorded Music, Dancing both indoors and outdoors 11:00 -01:00 every day and Late Night Refreshment both indoors and outdoors 23:00 01:00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 8th November 2022 to Darlington Borough Council, Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
