Parish of Oake Temporary Closure of Allerford Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Allerford Road - over Victory Level Crossing for a total distance of 100 metres. This Order will enable Network Rail to carry out an annual review of the level crossing.

The Order becomes effective on 10th November 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 14th November 2022 and last until 15th November 2022 between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00 for a total of 8 hours.
