Application for a Variation to the Premises
Licence - Licensing Act 2003


Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain Limited has applied to the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl Great Britain Limited 38-48 High Street, Written, TW2 7LT.

The proposed variation is to Increase the times the licence authorises the Sale by Retail of Alcohol to 07:00-23:00 Monday to Saturday, Sunday 09:00-18:00.

If the application is successful, the seasonal variation can be removed From the opening times and the tines the Sale by Retail of Alcohol is permitted. Update to the layout plan due to internal layout changes. Any responsible authority or other interested party who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morten, Surrey, SM4 5DX Or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk. By no later than 21/11/2022.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm.
Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a line of any amount.
