Notice is hereby given that: SSN FOOD AND DRINKS LTD has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence for Unit 1040, Eley Industrial Estate, Unit 1 Thornton Rd, London N18 3BA to allow the sale of alcohol between the following hours: Off Sales, Monday to Sunday - 00:00-23:59hrs

Email licensing@enfield.gov.uk to request a copy of the applicaton within 28 days from the date of this notice.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk , giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 11/11/2022 Representations received by post will not be accepted. Representations must include your full name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
