Notice is hereby given that RS (Headingley) Ltd, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: 5-7 North Lane, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3HG. The proposed application is to permit the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday- 09:00 23:00, Friday & Saturday- 09:00 23:30. Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 25, Incident Register & Litter Clearance.
