Temporary Road Closure A46 Bath Road (Stroud Town) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A46 Bath Road from outside the property known as The Clothiers Arms to the end of the car park for the said property for a total distance of approximately 100 metres.

Temporary Road Closure 3/262 Bath Road (Eastington Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/262 Bath Road from outside the property known as Swallowcroft to outside the property known as Bell Cottage for a total distance of approximately 147 metres.
The reason for the closure is to carry out electricity network replacement works.
The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 on the

Temporary Closure Of Public Bridleway Est61 (Standish Parish) Stroud District
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Bridleway EST61 from its junction with Oxlynch Lane by Roadway Farm and running in a generally southerly then westerly and south south westerly direction through the site of the former Standish Hospital for approximately 940 metres to its junction with Horsemarling Lane by Standish Lodge. The closure is necessary due to construction works.
This temporary closure Order came into force on the 1st October 2017, and was originally extended until the 31st March 2018. Works had still not been completed by this date, and a further extension was granted by the Secretary of State until the 31st October 2021 and again until the 31st October 2022. However the works have still not been completed and the Secretary of State has granted a further extension until the 30th April 2024 or until the works are complete, whichever is earliest.

Temporary Road Closure 41259 Brewery Lane (Brimscombe And Thrupp Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41259 Brewery Lane from its junction with Spring Lane to its junction with Dallaway Estate for a total distance of approximately 51 metres. The reason for the closure is to replace a defective manhole frame and cover. The road is expected to be closed on the 31st October 2022 only or until the works have been completed. Temporary Road Closure 41419 Church Street (Nympsfield Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41419 Church Street from its junction with Front Street to outside the property known as St Bartholomew's Church for a total distance of approximately 353 metres.
The reason for the closure is for the installation of broadband infrastructure.
The road is expected to be closed from the 31st October 2022 to the 11th November 2022 only

Emergency Closure Of Mmh 156 (Minchinhampton Parish) Stroud District
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has further extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) Public Footpath MMH 156 north-west of Knapp Farm and then extending in a generally north-easterly direction for approximately 310 metres to its junctions with Public Footpath MMH 176 north north-east of Knapp Farm.
Also closed is a Public Footpath which will soon replace the line of the former MMH 156 and commences from north-west of Knapp Farm then extends in a generally westerly then north-westerly direction for approximately 161 metres to its junction with Knapp Lane north-west of Knapp Farm.
The Road falls in Minchinhampton Parish in the Stroud District and in the County of Gloucestershire; The closure is necessary as there are currently no bridge crossings over the River Frome. This temporary closure Order came into force on the 10th May 2022 and was expected to end on the 19th October 2022. However, the works have still not been completed and the Secretary of State has granted an extension until 19th April 2023 or until the works are complete, whichever is earliest.
