NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mexican Grill Ltd has applied to Bracknell Forest Council on 18th October 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tortilla, 53 High Street, Bracknell, RG12 1EA for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol between 10:00 - 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 10:00 - 00:00 Friday and Saturday; as more particularly set out in the application and plans attached thereto.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell RG12 1JD; licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by no later than 15th November 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected at https://publicprotectionpartnership.org.uk/licensing/alcoholandentertainment/premises-licence/licensing-applications or by appointment at the Councils offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
