(30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2022

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day October 2022 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 9th day of August 2022 to introduce a 30mph speed limit on the lengths of road as specified in the Schedule to this Order.

The Order comes into effect on the 25th day of October 2022.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
