The proposed development site at Ardeer Peninsula, Stevenston is subject to assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Scotland Regulation 2017. Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report has been submitted to North Ayrshire Council by The Farm Energy Company relating to planning application (ref: 22/00749/PP) for the erection of 3 wind turbines of up to 150m to tip, and associated infrastructure. The application may be approved (either unconditionally or subject to conditions) or refused. A copy of the EIA Report and other documents submitted with the application may be viewed online at
