Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building

1 Northey View Heybridge - HeyFenestration alterations at first floor to the front. Conversion of garage to a garden room and storeroom. Ref No: 22/00997/HOUSE

Monk House 115 Mell Road Tollesbury - Proposed double garage with store, pitched roof and basement.  Ref No: 22/01030/HOUSE

Heybridge Mill House Anchor Lane Heybridge - Replace window with bay. Reposition and reduce window, replace external door with window. Remove rear lean-to and replace with modern extension. Remove timber sash window and replace with door. Internal alterations including removal of walls. New window opening to be put in gable end. Ref No: 22/01040/LBC
