Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Redevelopment of site to provide residential development with associated access, landscaping, parking and other associated works, at 401 Old Shettleston Road, Glasgow, G32 7JN. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, public consultation will be held online at www.401OldShettlestonRoad.co.uk from Friday 28th October 2022 until Friday 18th November. A live interactive online consultation will take place on Tuesday 1st November 2022, between 3pm and 7pm.
During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to questions received via phone and email to tel. 0141 465 4996 or 401oldshettlestonroad@iceniprojects.com. A public exhibition and consultation will also take place on Wednesday 2nd November 2022 between 3pm and 7pm at the Shettleston Juniors Social Club, 401 Old Shettleston Rd, Glasgow G32 7JN. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so via the website or by email (401oldshettlestonroad@iceniprojects.com) by no later than 18th November 2022.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
