NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
FUL/000172/22 - The demolition and removal of existing outbuildings and workshops and the construction of a new garage/outbuildings/stables at Hillside/Ael Y Bryn, Fellows Lane, Caergwrle (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
LBC/000504/22 - Installation of 2 x electric vehicle charging points to unit 3 Well House Barns including the routing of a cable internally within the building at 3 Well House Barns, Chester Road, Broughton (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
FUL/000531/22 - Erection of one dwelling at land adj. to White Horse Inn, Merilyn Lane, Pen Y Bont, Bagillt. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
