Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) East Gomeldon Road (Part), Idmiston; from outside its property known as No.43 East Gomeldon Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a south easterly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out changes to signs, lines and associated electrical works related to the railway tunnel. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 14 November 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 for 5 days. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: B) The Borough (Part), Downton; from its junction with B3080 to its junction with Green Lane to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 26 October 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 2 days. E) Boscombe Road (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Porton Road to its junction with Underwood Drive. F) Underwood Drive (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Boscombe Road to its junction with Chambers Avenue to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route phase 1 Earls Court Road (unaffected length) - Smithfield Street - A345 - London Road - Porton Road and vice versa. Alternative route phase 2 via Boscombe Road (unaffected length) -Porton Road - Main Road - Stockport Road - Stockport Avenue - Underwood Drive (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 October 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 11 November 2022. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

(REF TTRO 8334) Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The order is required to enable carriageway micro asphalt dressing and associated maintenance works and will be operative from the 14 November 2022 for a maximum period of 18 months. The closures are anticipated to be for up to 5 days but only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Closures 1 and 2 are anticipated to take place between 14 November 2022 and 19 December 2022. Closures 3- 8 are anticipated to take place between 3 January 2023 and 17 February 2023. Schedule: 1. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - Amesbury - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Amesbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2019 and re-enact it, in part in the above Order 1 the effect of which is as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Archers Way - south side - from its roundabout junction with Stockport Avenue for its entire length (to the current Public Highway Boundary); Archers Way - north side - i) from its roundabout junction with Stockport Avenue to a point 20 metres west of its junction with Shears Drive (East) ii) from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Redworth Drive to a point 10 metres west of that junction iii) from a point 20 metres east of its junction with Shears Drive (West) to a point 20 metres west of that junction; Church Street - north west side - from a point 60 metres south west of its junction with Salisbury Street for a distance of 31 metres in a south westerly direction; Church Street - south east side - from a point 36 metres

Order 3 - Amesbury -To introduce School keep clear entrance marking outside of The Stonehenge School with the restriction No Stopping Monday to Friday 7.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm and 4.30pm on entrance markings on Holders Road - south east side - for a distance of approximately 33 metres across The Stonehenge School Access Road; Antrobus Road - north east side - for a distance of approximately 40 metres across The Stonehenge School Access Road. These restrictions will replace any existing restrictions currently in force in the town of Amesbury.
