The above Order, made on 23 September 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them Footpaths in the parish of Blandford St Mary as follows: Footpath 10, Blandford St Mary
From its junction with Church Lane at ST 89190528, west along a tarmac surfaced path to its junction with the proposed new Footpath 11 at ST 89180528, continuing west north west along the path passing to the south of Clerkenwell House at ST 89140529 then in a generally westerly direction to its junction with the A350 road at ST 89090528. The width varies: 3 metres at ST 89190528, widening to 6.8 metres at ST 89180528, 6.2 metres at ST 89140529 widening to 7.2 metres at ST89090528

Footpath 11, Blandford St Mary
From its junction with Church Lane at ST 89190527 north west along a tarmac surfaced path to its junction with the proposed new Footpath 10 at ST89180528. The width varies: 3 metres at ST 89190527, widening to 6.8 metres at ST 89180528. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Dorset Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. Temporary Closure of Church Road, Morteon

DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Church Road, Moreton from a point 100 metres to the north of Broompound Dairy Farm to a point 30 metres to the east of Gatemore Road (in both directions), a distance of approximately 580 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation between 09:00 until 16:00 on 7 November 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months and can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport if necessary; however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 21 November 2022.

This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed sections.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. When the Order comes into operation on 1 November 2022 the effect of the Order will be to extend the current no waiting at any time restriction on Beech Court, Dorchester for approximately 7m.
